Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Transit Time
Estimated delivery time is 12–15 business days after shipment
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a correction.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
We will attempt to contact you to confirm the correct details
If no response is received within 7 days, the shipment may be canceled and held in our warehouse for up to 60 days
Orders not claimed within this period may be canceled without refund
ValorStep is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for items returned to the sender due to address issues.
If you contact the shipping carrier directly to redirect or forward your package after dispatch, ValorStep cannot guarantee the outcome and is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during such rerouting.
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not entered production.
Acceptable reasons for cancellation may include:
Incorrect item selection
Shipping address errors
Duplicate orders
Product availability issues
Cancellations based solely on a change of mind or personal preference may not be approved once production has begun.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible. All requests are reviewed individually.
If your package arrives damaged:
Please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately
If the package was delivered without your presence, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
