We accept the following methods of payment:

In case you want to pay with PayPal but do not have a PayPal account, you can safely and easily use the services as a “guest”. If PayPal does not support your currency, your payment will automatically be charged in U.S dollars.

Currency

All transactions on ValorStep are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you are shopping from outside the United States:

  • Your bank or card provider may convert the charge into your local currency

  • Final pricing is determined by your financial institution’s exchange rate

  • Displayed prices in other currencies are estimates only

International & Bank Fees

Some customers may see small additional fees from their bank, such as:

  • Cross-border processing fees

These fees are set by your bank or card issuer — not by ValorStep — and we do not receive any portion of them.

If Your Payment Is Declined

If your payment does not go through, try the following:

For Credit or Debit Cards

  • Verify card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address

  • Ensure sufficient funds are available

  • Confirm your card is authorized for online purchases

  • Check that international transactions are enabled (if outside the U.S.)

  • Try refreshing the page or placing a new order

  • Use a different browser, device, or private/incognito mode

If your card continues to be declined, please contact your bank. Many institutions automatically block unfamiliar or international transactions for security reasons.

For PayPal Payments

If PayPal checkout fails:

  • Confirm your PayPal account is active and in good standing

  • Ensure billing and shipping addresses are supported by PayPal

  • Check for transaction limits or restrictions on your account

  • Try using a different browser or device

If PayPal still does not work, you may complete your purchase using a credit or debit card instead.
