Refund and Returns Policy

Every ValorStep item is made to order with your name, department and details. That’s why we handle problems with a reprint or a refund — and you never need to send the item back.

Package lost in transit Free reship, or full refund — your choice
We printed your personalization wrong Free reprint, or full refund — your choice
Change of mind Not eligible, because every item is made to order

How to Request

  1. Email [email protected] (or open a ticket) within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and the problem.
  3. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) and confirm your reprint or refund.

Refund Timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days after we process it.

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind or no longer wanted
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered (except when reporting a defect)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
